Battery Energy Storage Systems

Large Scale Solar Developments
Volterra, in collaboration with a First Nation community and our co-developers, has successfully developed a 300MW solar project combined with a 1500MWh BESS facility in Manitoba. Looking ahead, we are excited to share that we have three projects of comparable magnitudes in our development pipeline for the upcoming three years.
Ultra Long Life NMC Battery Cells
Volterra’s proprietary ultra long life NMC cells provide high energy density, long-lasting performance, superior safety, and cost-effective solutions for various applications. Our cutting-edge cell technology offers an impressive 10,000-20,000 cycles and maintains 80% depth of discharge even after 10,000 cycles. This performance is nearly 10 times better than the best-of-market competitors and coming in at a lower price point.
